About the Program:

Volvo Group’s Graduate Apprentice Trainee position is part of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), a flagship Government of India initiative to professionally skill young graduates. As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on, industry-focused experience with one of the world’s leading sustainable transport and infrastructure companies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participate in tailored, on-the-job training and work on real-life financial or engineering projects
• Learn directly from expert mentors as you rotate across Group Finance or technical teams
• Use and expand your skills with SAP, MS Office, and practical accounting concepts
• Help execute projects impacting Volvo’s mission of global transport innovation
• Work in a collaborative, inclusive global culture that encourages learning and adaptation
• Develop a professional attitude, communication, and teamwork skills essential in the industry
• Receive mentorship, training certifications, and exposure to the latest tools and methods

Key Technical Skills:

Basic accounting, SAP (preferred), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Communication, Quick Learning, Teamwork, Resourcefulness, Adaptability

Requirements:

• Commerce graduate or MBA (Finance)
• 0–6 months experience (fresher students eligible)
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts
• Willingness for shift work and quick learning
• Professional, achievement-oriented, and trustworthy attitude
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Work Environment & Impact:
